Monthly Retainer Packages

Monthly retainer packages are a great alternative to paying an hourly rate because our packages save you money.  All customers who purchase monthly retainer packages from us are considered our first priority and automatically reserve a specific block of time. After your first payment (which you can add to your cart below), monthly invoices will be sent out on the 5th of every month.  Our monthly retainer packages can be cancelled at any time.

If you have any questions or want to purchase a different block of time other than what is below, please contact us.  We do have blocks of time that are greater than 36 hours a month.

Hourly Rate Services

Our hourly rate is $49 per hour and will be billed as such. If you wish to purchase hourly services please contact us with the number of hours you wish to purchase and your contact information.  We will be in touch within 24 hours.


Frequently Asked Payment Questions

  • What payment options do I have?

We accept payments through paypal, personal check, bank or business check or Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through our secure payment third party.

 

  • When do I pay and how am I billed?

Your credit card is billed after we decide upon business terms and the contract for our services are signed.  You will be notified and we will need your approval before the first payment is processed.

Billing will then occur every month on the day that you signed up with.  This will occur until you cancel your plan or renegotiate a different rate for services.  

If you choose to pay by PayPal or Check, you will receive an e-mail and hard copy invoice the week before your payment will be due.  Payment must be received within 4 business days of the due date.

 

  • If I find the plan I chose isn't right for me, can I upgrade or downgrade?

Of course! If you find that you need fewer or more hours per month, you can contact us at any time to change your plan.  If you change to a lower plan in the middle of a month, you will be refunded the cost of the unused hours.  We do whatever we can to satisfy our clients!

 

  • Are your prices different for onsite work?

We generally charge the same prices for our onsite work because of the commuting time, gas and administrative costs.  However, we do negotiate onsite prices and can possibly work with you.  If you want to negotiate an onsite price, please contact us.
